Terbo Drinks #2: Viennese Iced Coffee

The perfect coffee treat for those hot summer days. Try out our Viennese Iced Coffee.

Serves​ ​4

180ml​ ​espresso​ ​(2​ ​dbl​ ​shots)
3​ ​tbsp​ ​sugar
1​ ​tbsp​ ​vanilla​ ​essence
60ml​ ​hot​ ​water
2​ ​cups​ ​ice

To​ ​serve:

4​ ​scoops​ ​vanilla​ ​ice​ ​cream
Cocoa​ ​powder

In​ ​a​ ​blender,​ ​combine​ ​the​ ​coffee,​ ​sugar,​ ​vanilla​ ​and​ ​water​ ​
Add​ ​the​ ​ice​ ​and​ ​blend until​ ​frothy
​Pour​ ​into​ ​4​ ​medium​ ​size​ ​glasses​ ​and​ ​top​ ​with​ ​a​ ​scoop​ ​of​ ​ice​ ​cream
​Dust with​ ​cocoa​ ​powder​ ​and​ ​serve​ ​immediately​ ​with​ ​a​ ​straw​ ​and​ ​spoon
